What are the main differences with previous ETDS’s?
We mention some relevant differences with the previous ETDS (in Delft).
Classes
We have chosen for a different division of classes. Instead of beginners, breitensport and clopen, we only have breitensport and open. All dancers (including beginners and dancers that usually dance closed) should dance in breitensport class, except for a smaller experienced group, who dances open class.
After the qualification round of breitensport class, dancers are divided into one of six subclasses: enthusiasts, amateurs, professionals, masters, champions, or legends. At the ETDS in Delft, there were only four breitensport classes, namely amateurs, professionals, masters, and champions.
Parking
Unfortunately, parking next to the venue is not free. We advise all dancers to use public transport as much as possible.
